Shipping policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5days of placement, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
Please note that  couriers can only deliver to physical addresses in SA, orders addressed to PO BOXES or parcel Lockers will be automatically sent with AUSTRALIA POST.
The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, dependent on AUSTRALIA POST’S delivery schedule. In many cases, customers in Metro areas will receive their package with 1-2 days after been notified. Regional areas can take up to 7-10 working days. International parcels will take up to 10-21 workings days to be delivered.
