How long till I receive my goodies?

If you need something urgently, please choose express post. That way we can organise it the same day to be sent in an Express post satchel to the required address.
Please allow up to 5 days for standard post or up to 10 days for larger items which may have to be freighted by a transport company. This may also apply to parcels being sent to regional areas. 
Delivery times will depend on season and location.

Due to covid19, there maybe unexpected delays to shipping. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control and we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience if this occurs. We recommend allowing up to an additional week for standard deliveries during times of uncertainty.

What is your returns policy?I

We love our customers to be 100% happy with their new purchases so, in the event that your product is unsuitable, We will be happy to offer a credit or exchange. We dont refund, so please choose carefully..

Goods Must be returned within 14 days of purchase and tags attached.

How do I return an item?

Return postage is the responsibility of the sender but as compensation, we will be happy to send out the new order free of charge. If there is a balance remaining on the new order, we will email you a credit note.

 No Exchange on Sale Items so please choose carefully .

Stock Issues?

Items that are out of stock will be notated as such on the website. As we are a boutique store, we do not carry large quantities of stock so be sure to get in quick and place your orders. If any item you would like to buy is out of stock please do not hesitate to email us and I will see if we can place an order for you.


How do I pay for my goodies?

We accept PayPal,Zip pay, Visa and MasterCard via the online portal. We also accept payments via After pay, allowing you to order and receive your goods straight away and then pay  the balance off in four equal fortnightly installments - interest free!!!
